Answer: We work efficiently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here is our delivery timeline:

  • Order Cutoff Time:  5:00 PM (PT)
  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Shipping Time: 4 to 6 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days.

Question #3: Do I have to pay for shipping?

Answer: No. We provide Free Shipping on All Orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Question #4: Where is Tezly located and where do you ship?

Answer: Tezly is located at 136 NE 96th St, Miami Shores, FL 33138, USA . Currently, we ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

Question #5: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: Yes, we offer a cancellation window. You have 24 Hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. Please email us at support@tezly.shop immediately for assistance.

Question #6: What is your return policy?

Answer: We offer a 30 Days return window from the date of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For a return to be accepted, the T-shirt must be in its original, unworn condition.

Question #7: Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Answer: No. We provide a $0 Restocking Fee for all eligible returns.

Question #8: When will I receive my refund?

Answer: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It typically takes 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method. All refunds are issued in Dollars.

Question #9: Do you provide tracking for orders?

 Answer: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
